Program Description:

Immersion/BreakOut service learning Grant from Campus Ministry's Center for Social Concern


This scholarship is primarily provided by generous gifts from anonymous donors to help support students needing financial assistance on service/learning BreakOut or Immersion trips through the Center for Social Concern. This includes both domestic and international travel at Fall, Winter, Spring, May, or Summer breaks.
 
Eligibility
Students must be actively applying and/or accepted to a Center for Social Concern BreakOut or Immersion program. They will be expected to fully participate in the experience, including any preparation, ongoing reflection, and post-reflection, as well as provide a short summary of what they have learned.

Awards
  • Award can range from $50-$200 for domestic trips (more if airline tickets are involved)
  • Award can range from $50-$1500 for international trips
