Program Description:

Villa Nazareth Exchange

About the Program

Villa Nazareth is a residential community in Rome, where UD students are welcome to reside and which coordinates the study abroad program of the student's choice.  Students will live in community with Italian university students, and choose the study abroad program that best fits with their degree and major.  For more information, visit the Villa Nazareth Web site.

Areas of Study

Most majors will find coursework that will apply towards their degree at UD, according to the study abroad program option chosen.


Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing, and have completed ITA 201 or the equivalent.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Students will be required to participate in a pre-departure orientation in the semester prior to their program participation. Dates and times will be announced.

Cost and Refund Policy

Students will be responsible for UD tuition, room, and board (billed by UD), and travel andmiscellaneous costs (arranged independently) associated with this program. Most financial aid will apply to the semester budget for each student.
